Payment:
All prices in the online booking system, like everywhere else on the website, are written in Danish kroner, including VAT and all taxes unless otherwise stated and clear in that situation. The prices are stated in euros and are indicative. The prices are indicative, and errors may occur, but always the same price as the website.
You can choose whether you want to pay in full when booking, or whether you want to pay half and the rest upon arrival at Mols Bjerge Camping.
Payment is made using one of the accepted debit/credit cards for online booking, including Visa, Mastercard and Diners. (A surcharge applies for payment with a foreign credit card.) The amount will be deducted from your account the moment you have booked and paid.

When booking and paying for a cabin, a place for your own tent, your own caravan or motorhome, you will receive a Booking confirmation from Mols Bjerge Camping, which shows the account for your purchase. It will be sent via email immediately after purchase, if the correct email address is provided by the buyer. If it does not arrive, please contact Mols Bjerge Camping on tel. +45 8636 2118
Check-in and check-out times are stated in the above booking confirmation.
Right of withdrawal and refund:

Cabins:
Once you have started your holiday with us, the booked period is binding and you cannot get a refund upon departure before the booking expires and it cannot be transferred to others.

If for some reason you do not receive your contract confirming your purchase, and you have not received an error message from the system, please contact us on Tel. +45 8636 2118
Complaints about the booking process, the booking itself or the product (stay) must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error or should have discovered the error by normal review of your contract. You can complain in writing or orally. One year after receipt of the stay, the right to complain ceases in accordance with Section 83, subsection 1 of the Danish Sales Act, unless otherwise agreed.
When Mols Bjerge Camping receives your complaint about a booking or similar, the complaint will be processed as soon as possible. Mols Bjerge Camping will decide whether the received item should be refunded, exchanged or whether a price reduction should be given.
